Heuchera ‘Black Taffeta’

Heuchera ‘Black Taffeta’ — A hardy foliage perennial with large, silky black leaves that are deeply ruffled, textured and glossy. Small bell-shaped pink flowers appear in Spring. More sun tolerant than many lighter Heucheras.

Key uses: Shaded borders, containers, foliage displays, edging and mass planting.

Growing conditions: Part shade, moist but free draining soil and protection from intense afternoon sun. Avoid waterlogged soil and keep the crown above soil level.

Companion notes: Combine contrasting foliage colours with ferns, hostas and shade tolerant groundcovers.
