Pour the following in a measuring cup, in this order:
- 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup? of Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons of dried oregano
- 1 Teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Pepper
- 1 Clove of Garlic. peeled and pressed/chopped finely
- 3/4 cups of olive Oil
Then, pour the contents in a cruet or a jar with a tight cap, shake, and let sit for 30 minutes.
